In this article, the team discusses health-related struggles that military spouses may experience (e.g., exercise, stress management), and they provide suggestions for ways to incorporate activities into their lives to promote a healthier lifestyle.
As of 2020, there were over 950,000 military spouses of Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve members; 88.8% are female with an average age of 33.7 years old.
