Spouses of active duty Service members often utilize both military and civilian resources to meet their needs. Researchers examined the relationship between resources utilization and attitudes toward military life.
T/F: When spouses' needs were met through resource utilization, they had more positive attitudes about military life and favored staying in the military.

Ambiguous loss among military families

The team provides an overview of ambiguous loss and how it may present itself within military families. Additionally, they provide resources for enhancing your understanding and where to turn for additional support.
Military REACH met with representatives from the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Mrs. Grady, the spouse of Admiral Grady, Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. We shared a rich discussion about the needs of military families and ways research can help support the provision of DoD programs and services.
⭐ Dr. Haley Sherman, graduate research assistant, received her PhD in Human Development and Family Science and will be teaching the next generation of family scientists in her role as a professor.
⭐ Ashtyn Grace King, undergraduate research assistant, received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Science.
⭐ Bri Gordon, undergraduate research assistant, received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
