Biography

Kate is the Project Manager of Military REACH. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, and obtained her graduate degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University. She has a diverse history of working in the juvenile court system, various medical settings, and educational settings including head start and non-head start programs. She plays vital role within the Military REACH project by managing the daily project needs, supporting the team members, and facilitating collaborative activities among the three project teams.
