Biography

Dr. Jay A. Mancini is a prolific Professor Emeritus of Human Development. His research on military families spans over 30 years dating back to the USAF Family Support Center program (early 1980’s) and including work on the ACS Unit Services Strategy (late 1990’s), the Army CYSS Family Research project (2009-2014), and the DoD-MC&FP Community Capacity Building project (2011-2014). He is currently a co-investigator and evaluation expert on the DoD/USDA MD&SSO grant.
