  • The Veterans Team Recovery Integrative Immersion Process (Vet TRIIP) was created to be a short-term, multimodal, complementary, and integrative program for Service members, Veterans, and their families. Vet TRIIP’s purpose is to help empower these individuals to create happy, healthy, and productive civilian lives post-military service. Vet TRIIP was patterned after two programs: The Warrior Combat Stress Reset Program and the Fort Bliss Restoration and Resilience Program. Participants (N = 14) were interviewed to qualitatively examine whether the Vet TRIIP program was effective at improving Service member/Veteran well-being (e.g., management of pain, stress, and anxiety) and evaluate participants’ perceptions of the program. Participants’ benefits included reports of improved quality of life and enhanced skills in managing pain, stress, and anxiety.
