Needs Assessment

"Needs assessment is a process for determining an organization’s needs. It usually consists of three main parts (1) Initiation, (2) Data Collection & Analysis, & (3) Final Production. A needs assessment is the “what” (what the organization needs) that precedes the gap analysis, which is the “how” (how to close the gap between where the organization is currently and where they want or need to be)."
