Caregiver

Caregivers are people who support someone who is physically or psychologically impaired and therefore dependent on others. Caregivers are often family members of the person in need. Caregivers may provide instrumental support (i.e., hands-on support for daily functioning) or emotional support (i.e., affection and encouragement).
