The Military REACH team was asked to review research about social service and case management staffing ratios as well as general duties among community service agencies that may be pertinent to the type and scope of work typically done by installation the EFMP support staff. The content of this literature review is intended to inform efforts intended to ensure the availability of appropriate numbers of support staff so the necessary individualized care is in place to support military families with special needs.
